Before contacting solar installation companies, we had already done a lot of research. Still, Urban Solar—and especially their sales associate, Cesar Ubeda—impressed us right away. Cesar explained our options clearly and connected them to our specific needs, which helped us feel confident and comfortable from the start. That trust has only grown.
Throughout the installation, Cesar stayed involved, checked in often, and answered every concern quickly. The installation team was polite, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. Since Spanish isn’t my first language, I sometimes struggled to communicate with the crew, but Cesar was always available to bridge the gap and make sure everything was understood.
The system was completed on schedule and within budget. I’m very happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend Urban Solar to others.

I want to start by thanking my sales rep, Cesar, who took the time to sit down with us and explain everything in detail. He answered all of our (many!) questions with patience and made sure we understood exactly what to expect. He even provided a clear estimate of the savings we could see with solar, along with options for owning versus leasing the panels.

In the end, we decided to go ahead and purchase. Everything was delivered on time, just as promised. I also want to give a huge thanks to Nicole, our project manager, who oversaw the entire process from start to finish and kept everything on track.

When it came time for installation, Egor, Javier, and the whole install team were fantastic. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. They completed the job quickly and left everything neat and spotless.

I truly can’t recommend Urban Solar enough. I’m so glad we chose them, not only are we cutting down our electric bill and saving money, but we also have peace of mind knowing we’re protected from losing power during hurricanes. Plus, the panels look sleek and the install is super clean. We absolutely love it!

Great experience from start to finish. Installers (Josh, Johnny and Chucho) were great, kept the work area clean and organized with little intrusion to our driveway. When we had inspection issues with the city, one of the owners, Mike Sr came out and handled it for us. Our PM, John C kept us informed and stayed on the City when they "lost" our permit approvals. The Engineering Manager, Frankie, made a stop to check the crew and saw our resident iguanas & raccoons in the neighborhood. He recommended and within 24 hours , installed critter guards to protect our new investment from being chewed up and destroyed, something we didn't even consider needing. I highly recommend this company!!

Urban Solar & Matthew Zimmerman did a great job on our solar. We got an amazing price & have had a good experience with the whole installation process.
Matthew was super helpful in answering all of our questions and Urban was responsive and timely when resolving a hiccup in our application with Duke Energy. Our system is producing more than we anticipated and we are having the best experience now being powered by solar!
