Outstanding service! I had a water leak caused by the upstairs shower in my master bathroom, and United Water Restoration responded quickly and professionally. They arrived promptly and got right to work.

Diego was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely attentive. He took the time to answer all of my questions and ensured everything was handled efficiently and in a timely manner.

I would absolutely use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of water restoration services.

Bailey came to my home to do some work and not only was he very great, but he was on point, very knowledgeable, respectful, and answered all the questions I asked him in a very professionally manner. He was an awesome guy, upon arrival he got straight to the job on good quick timing, dry clean, amazing communication skills, and he made sure that I was satisfied with his work. Baily did mention someone had to come out the next day and right off back I told him to please be the one to come back just cause I really liked his customer service which you don’t get very often these days. The person that came today ended up being Baily so I was really happy with that. 2 days in a row and still showed the same great service.

Bailey if you can see this I would like to say thank you so much and keep up the good work you are an amazing technician!!!

your response time was incredible. After coming home to a busted pipe I called untied water and in no time they were in my front door ready to clean up the mess. They were very professional on everything they were doing and the equipment they have is amazing. We are definitely lucky we picked the right company for the job. Seeing all three of them work together like a team is what made the big difference. Thank you untied for sending the best of the best and the goat. Absolutely fantastic service, I had Trevor Monje come out to inspect the house for a quote. They responded quickly and professionally, had an app where I could track how far away he was, and when he conducted the inspection he was kind, honest, and informative. I really appreciated the visit and the honesty, I did not end up needing any work done and they didn't charge me a consult fee, initial inspection, or suggest any unnecessary work. I appreciate their integrity and responsiveness and when I actually do end up needing work done, I will absolutely use them.

After Meeting with Melanie and her team during the bidding process I was blown away by the professionalism, thoroughness of explaining the process and even though the price was very competitive I would’ve chose United Water Restoration over all even if they were the most expensive. Now that the project has started they are not disappointing and are living up to what they explained how the process will go. Melanie continues to check on progress and make sure we are happy every step of the process. Jordan and Baily are doing a great job and very communicative.
