Lets start with your $600 charge that you so 'graciously' did not charge me for....the reason I was not charged is because you DID NOT find the leak.

Your technician claimed he had a hit in several areas but was not exactly sure where it was so he proceeded to dig along the ENTIRE length of the line approximately 65 feet. The hole in the pictures that has water in it IS NOT where the leak is, you can clearly see my hose line laying in the picture that your technician was using to soften the ground so he could dig more trenches.

A different company had to come out and actually find the leak and it was nowhere near where you claim the 'water quickly filled the hole'.

I am holding UWRG liable for the damages because you are the sole reason my 'poor condition' yard looks like a war zone. Take a harder look at the pictures in the review, my yard is a far cry from you alleged 'poor condition'.

Then when you came back out to 'fix' the yard you threw 1 bag of dirt on the ground and 7 pieces of sod randomly. Didn't try to level it out....you didn't even cover the exposed pipes your technician dug up (mind you the exposed pipe is nowhere near the located leak). When I walk in the 'repaired' areas the ground sinks several inches. I cant even run my lawn mower in the damaged area cause of potential damages it would cause to my machine.

Ben said that he found a landscaper that you have used before but he never showed up to give a quote. I did call several landscapers to get quotes, I did send you the lowest bid and yes it was $3600. They would have to re-grade the area and replace sod in all the effected areas not just 7 random spots. I was told directly by UWRG you wouldn't 'nickel and dime quotes we want it resolved' and yet you have ignored and refused to do so.

All I have been asking for is for UWRG to fix what they broke....nothing more.....we are coming up on 2 months of this back and forth and I have yet to talk to anyone in person or on the phone regarding any of this.

So how about you take a page from you own book and improve on your communication and customer experience.

I was given the UWRG after calling the plumbing nerds to locate a leak in my main water line. Initially they were upfront and nice people. That didn't last long. They tore up a significant section of my front yard, dug some deep holes. They never found the actual leak in the line. When I repeated called them to repair my yard they gave me a run around for a couple weeks the showed up and threw a few bags of dirt and couple pieces of sod on the damaged areas. This did not fix the damages done. There are still big holes in the yard. My waterline is clearly exposed cause their 'fix' has since settled and compacted. I can't run my mower over the are cause of the uneven terrain would damage my mower. I reached out to them again and have been ignored and brush off constantly. The lack of communication is absolutely deplorable. I do not recommend this company to anyone for any reason.

After our home suffered major water damage and flooding, mold started to become a serious concern.

Service done was acceptable to locate water leak problem. Unfortunately it wasn't in the pipes, but rather the toilet tank float mechanism that was worn out. This was missed by the plumbing nerds tech. He then recommended this service and charged me 450.00 for approximately 20 minutes of pipe leak detection work that showed no pipe leaks. The discovery of the actual leak was visual looking in the toilet tank. There was no water on the floor around the toilet and no leaking in the bowl. Water was just cascading over the water level valve resulting in a large water bill. Ultimately, I shouldn't have been charged more than 50.00 for the service since no pipe leaks were detected. I suggest unless physical water leaking or water on the floor is present, don't waste your money on this overpriced service. Since they are from Naples, I should have expected to be price gouging. Unacceptable charge for no leaks detected. I got ripped off. I got suckered in.

United Water Restoration was extremely polite, professional and efficient. They were eager to accommodate our complex campus schedules and to answer any questions we had and resolve those questions. Highly recommended!

Michelle Lesnau was our project manager!! She hunted down a new vanity that could fit in our damaged bathroom. She had Eric doing a terrific job and working hard as a team, and very neat and clean. She presents a "can do" attitude, listening to us our ??'s
and checked back with us, or responding to our needs and questions!!
Even though it was a terrible event for us as owners, Michelle and her team made our condo liveable and answered any ?? we had in person or with prompt return of our phone calls!!
