We had a fantastic 5-star experience with this family business for our new hurricane shutters! From the very first call, Carlos was amazing. He was incredibly responsive, kept us updated throughout the entire process, and even went above and beyond to help us with our HOA documents, which was a huge relief.
The installation, handled by Marco, was just as impressive. He was professional, friendly, and clearly an expert at his craft. He did an amazing job—the shutters look like they came with the house. I am giving United Hurricane Shutters a five star rating. The guys are very friendly and explained everything on the different types of shutters. Once the shutters were installed, they cleaned up their mess and they went over how to maintain them and how to close them and shut them. I would highly recommend United Hurricane Shutters. They are always prompt and on time and very fast on replying to your text message or emails I love my new shutters. We love our new shutters
