I had United Electric install a whole-home surge protector, and everything went super smoothly. Mary-Anne was awesome — she helped me understand my options, answered all my questions, and made scheduling quick and easy.
Ceasar handled the installation and did a fantastic job. He showed up on time, was really professional, and took the time to explain how everything worked. The setup looks clean and well done, and I feel much better knowing my home is protected.

Couldn't be happier with the service that United Electric provided. Justin the technician went beyond what we expected as our call was of an urgent nature. Our A/C company told us that the generator breaker was interfering with the A/C breaker as our A/C was not working. Justing was able to troubleshoot the issue which was not the generator breaker but another breaker that needed to be replaced and that solved the issue in record time.
Cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend United Electric!!!! Not only Mary Ann in the office who was kind and professional but to Justin and the entire crew.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. We had a whole house generator installed by a different company, who couldn’t figure out how to fix a problem at the very end so it was never actually running after installation. We were very frustrated and decided to try another electrician referred by Generac which was United electric. United electric sent a tech out and they had it fixed that same day. We should’ve had them install it in the first place that was our mistake. Then After hurricane Milton, we had an issue with the generator turning off, and they answered their phone right away and walked us through the problem and fixed it over the phone with us. They were so helpful and accommodating. I will be using them for all our electrical needs and highly recommend them.
