Trugreen Lawn Care of Fort Myers

I have been using TruGreen all year and they are horrible. The last time the tech came out he only sprayed half the yard he even looked at the camera when he was spraying. My yard is still 75 percent weeds and with huge bare spots it seems like they are feeding the weeds and killing the grass. My yard looked better before they started. I don't know how other locations are but this one sucks, be warned, don't use TruGreen call some one else trust me you won't regret it. Here are pictures of my lawn and this is from a year of service which cost a 1000.00 bucks. the last picture is of my neighbors yard on the right and mine on the left, you can see the line where our yards meet. We both have the same kind of grass I have a sprinkler system, he does not and does not use Trugreen. All he does is mow it. The service manager said I need to resod with different grass to have a beautiful green, thick lawn. I've asked for my money back and they offered a free spray. LOL like that's going to help. I'm currently starting the process of suing them in small clams court to get my money back. I can't stress this enough DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, there are plenty of other ones that do a great job.

Trugreen failed to provide good service and did not take any responsibility for the decline of my yard. I am not a full-time resident, so I relied on Trugreen to care for our yard. On April 7th I took pictures of the property to send home to my wife. Two weeks after I took the pictures I hired Trugreen. I could see and hear on my cameras the technician was wearing earbuds, talking and was having an animated conversation. NOT focused on the job he was doing. Slowly the yard started to decline despite staying on the same watering program I had been on which is mandated by the city. I had the salesperson out after I purchased a pallet of sod and he was very apologetic about the condition of my yard. Two days later they sent out a manager. He did not take any responsibility for the condition of my yard. He did not offer any corrective action for my lawn. He was more than happy to offer a refund because he is trained to not take responsibility. They are not a moral company, otherwise the manger would have done more to correct this situation. Trugreen, please do not respond to this review that you care because you don't! You had the chance to make it right and walked away providing a refund that does not come close to covering the $800.00 pallet of sod I already purchased and the additional sod I will need to buy. The pictures provided are from April 2025 to June 2025 oh, and the salesperson that showed compassion has not responded since the manager walked my property. SMH

We have been dealing with a massive worm problem for 7 weeks now. Despite countless calls, messages, sending photos and videos, the company has not responded. Our pool and patio are full of worms - it's disgusting and completely unacceptable.
What makes it worse is not the problem itself, but the total lack of service. Mistakes and issues can happen, but ignoring the customer entirely and refusing to give any feedback or support is deeply unprofessional and disrespectful.
Wesley's behavior shows zero responsibility toward his clients. Absolutely not recommended.

Beachful whit TruGreen, that company damage my grass. Before berry green and healthy now lock like this. I do not recommend TruGreen to anyone. Carful

Third visit we received aeration treatment. I marked all the sprinklers with flags and greeted the technician with a map of my property covered under the contract. He expertly handled the machine to hit the areas of my lawn that are in dire need of aeration.
