Bought a silver polish kit. Used once at home on 1 tarnished spoon, useless. It didn't clean the tarnish at all. Brought it back next day with receipt to return it and they would not take it back because it had been opened. How is someone supposed to know if a product works without trying it? Really bad policy Palm Bay True value!

I normally don’t go out of my way to post reviews but this one had to be done. I purchased the wrong product for the project I was working on. I returned it within 15 days with a physical receipt and all original packaging. When I went to return it, the older gentlemen with glasses basically laughed at me and through the receipt at me. Terrible customer service and horrible experience. I hope he isn’t a manager. Normally when I come in, the staff is friendly and helpful but this guy was awful. Apparently his name is PK. Maybe I’m spelling it wrong or it’s an abbreviation. He needs to be retrained or work on his manners.

I went in to buy a door latch, they gave me the price which gave me sticker shock verbally, so one of the employees asked me if I bought any food or gas lately which replied yes. I bought the item, left the store and discovered I locked my keys in the car so I went back in and they were overly unhelpful or sympathetic to my situation. A kind gentleman out in the parking lot helped me get into my car, after that I returned the door latch and left. I've been going to this store since it was built and opened, the whole episode just didn't feel right. I will not be back to visit them.

As I live close by, I shop here frequently when needing items. As a single female homeowner, the staff there are very knowledgeable and helpful. Several times they have even recommended to me lower cost items from what I thought I had needed. Although their prices, of course, are slightly higher than big box stores, the extra cost is worth the convenience and most importantly the assistance of the staff.
