They were wonderful here! I, like most people, originally went to Home Depot to get some screws. 4 individual screws cost over $12 there, but then I saw this place on google. Had someone lovely help me over the phone, I went in and got my 4 screws plus more for under $2. Thank you guys for the awesome help!
I was looking for a 1/2" SS lock nut for my #SeaStarSteering for my boat but #seastar don't sell part to repair unit, shame. Went to West Marine and many hardware stores but nothing. Then I remember #tricityboltandscrew had helped me in the past. One call and problem solved. Matt was very helpfull and got everything I need it.

Went in here looking for some help and specialty hardware but was just such a huge inconvenience to the poor guy working there that I probably should have gone elsewhere. There were no other customers to help and he wasn’t fulfilling orders for other people but my questions and inexperience were just so beneath him that he could barely be bothered to answer my questions let alone ring me up. I’m putting together a prototype so my measly $100 order wasn’t much but when I finalize the design and place a much larger order it definitely won’t be from here if they put Mr Sunshine who doesn’t like helping people at the customer facing role.
