I am a new customer of Transparent Pool Service. I am very pleased with our initial interactions with both Chris & Kyle. Our pool water was turning green & our previous company seemed in no hurry to correct the problem. Chris listened carefully to my concerns over the phone & Kyle was on-site the very next day. Kyle spent a good deal of time getting the water clear again, while also cleaning our filter & our salt cell unit. I really appreciated that Kyle left me a very detailed voice-mail of exactly what work he performed. I look forward to a mutually beneficial relationship with Transparent Pool Service. From what I've seen so far, this is a 5 star service provider.

We are a new customer but the first pool cleaning went well. We shall see how it’s going in a few months, since unfortunately many pool co do what they call Dump and Run and are there for no more than 5 minutes. I’m hopeful this company is a great one and I will let you know after a bit :-)

Awesome work!
Transparent pool service really spends time cleaning and maintaining my pool. They are weekly checking my pool ph to make sure is always clean and add new chemicals if needed, they brush off and take all looses debris out of the pool and clean my pool filter every month. They actually care for your pool.
