The whole experience was great. I had a leak at a valve in my pool solar hot water system and was concerned as I was going away. Previous company I was using said it would be 5 weeks before they could get to me. The company Solar ....... in Holly Hill installed the system and serviced it for 19 years but they said 5 weeks. Total Solar scheduled me in less than 5 days. Did the repair in 30 minutes and explained everything. David and Devyn were super. Can't express how much they relieved my concerns. They do just about anything related to solar. Their pricing is excellent. Highly recommend them. Plus their office is super accommodating.

YO!!!! Thank you so much Brad! I just wanted to take an extra minute and praise Devyn and David…. They worked really well together and I love their vibe… to be honest I would prefer they came back to do the installation of my RMA inverter when it arrives. They kept me calm and laughing during this stressful time. They walked me through what they were doing and why. I was an annoying one following them around and they were totally cool with it. Much love! 5 STARS!

I live in Putnam co. I had 1 of my two solar panels for hot water explode Brad came out saw the problem ordered the new panel had his crew come out and removed an replaced with new insulated copper pipe excellent workmanship all with in a week. I will definitely use them again

I don't use the solar most of the year - I like the water cool - but in the winter it definitely needs the help. The first time I turned it on this season, I was frustrated to see a new "water feature" spraying off my roof. I called a few companies that had been recommended, and they were booked 3 weeks out. One of them was kind enough to recommend Total Solar - told they're reputable and yet sometimes have more availability than the other company so they're happy to refer clients to them.
The reviews here were solid, so that was a double-endorsement.
Total Solar was able to send someone out to fix it within a couple days, at a rate competitive with what the other companies quoted. Kevin was on time, professional, communicated what he was doing and also what might be needed in the future if other parts fail (it's a very old system).
I used to only leave reviews when I was extremely upset about a service, this is the complete opposite.

Total Solar is a very well managed company with very knowledgeable technicians.
Brad, the he owner, is very accommodating even on short notice. We had a few smaller problems with leaking solar panels and he always sent his crew out same or next day. He’s also hands on and if need be he makes a service visit by himself. My kind of business owner.
The work is always performed to our satisfaction. Plus he keeps prices reasonable. His office is run by a very friendly and helpful office manager. Can’t ask for much more. I would recommend Total Solar without hesitation…
