Recurring 1505 code on a 22kw. After several resets contacted Total Connect for help. Their first attempt was a reset and call it good for $250 even though I informed them that had already been done. 2nd attempt was a $400 battery. That didn't resolve the issue and they wanted another $250 to come back out for a 3rd try. I contacted GENERAC and explained my situation. They provided me with a list of certified providers in the area. A technician arrived today and found loose battery connections on the newly installed battery. On a positive note Total Connect was up front in telling me it would cost another $250 to come out and troubleshoot their previous repair. Notice the job site after the battery was installed: Battery terminal cover and tray left on the ground as well as rear lid seal hanging.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Technicians were very professional and explained what they were going to do and estimated completion time. Cleaned up all areas they worked on. Removed 2 old fans, installed 2 new ones, and relocated another fan. Installed new electrical box outside on the back patio. Installed new electrical box in garage for water-softener kit. Installed 3 dimmer switches in kitchen, dining room, and living room. Installed new electrical box in pantry for microwave use. Relocated light switch in pantry. Reconfigured electrical box for professional placement of high-Heat stove. I will use TCE Electric again for all of my electrical needs/concerns.

Would give you 10 stars if I could! In 3 minutes, Mark talked me through the process for clearing an error code (1505 PPM sense Loss) on my 22KW Generac!
