Total Care Restoration

I had a very poor experience with this company. My three issues were communication, punctuality, and price. The salesman, who was supposed to be the main point of contact, never explained what the process was going to be, even after my repeated requests to let me know what the next steps were going to be. We were caught off guard on several occasions regarding the process and how it was going to affect us. Regarding punctuality, rarely did the employees arrive at the appointment time. One time, they were 5 hours late. Another time 2 hours. Regarding price, the company charges very high prices for the services provided, especially the water removal. All that was provided were some very loud fans to try to dry the cabinets. I cannot recommend the company at all.

What kind of company asks you do to a review at the BEGINNING of a project? MAYBE they are hoping people wont update their review to 1 star??? They could simply say "Hey, wright a review please", but literally "put these names in your review Hector, Alexander, Junior, Louis, Jesus and Maria." I wrote all the names down thinking WOW that's ballzy. This company took advantage of my landlord who lives in Europe, knowing very well she is unable to see their poor work. The people who schedule the technicians don't communicate properly and then the technicians do not show up on time. There was a FLOOD and all they did was blow hot air with big noisy fans. Now that I'm posting this I see I'm not the only customer with complaints about Google Reviews. Alexander, Junior, Louis, Jesus and Maria, watch out for your co-worker Hector as he is who asked me to write your names down.....SKETCHY

I had a horrible leak in my apartment that nobody could figure out and Pablo was my guardian angel with all of his staff. There was also a lot of mold and they took care of it the same day to keep a safe environment. I will always be hiring him for any issues that I have (hopefully none anymore). I will always recommend this company to my friends and family and couldn’t be happier.

I had an excellent experience with Total Care Restoration, and I highly recommend their services! Hector and Junior came to our home and were incredibly professional, neat, and courteous. They took great care to protect our floors with extra coverings and padded protection, ensuring no mud or mess was tracked through the house. They efficiently set up three machines in my kitchen to address moisture issues, and their attention to detail was impressive. Both Hector and Junior were spectacular to work with, and their professionalism made the process stress-free. Thank you, Total Care Restoration, for a job well done! I’d confidently recommend this company to anyone in need of restoration services.
