I would give it average but the wash itself missed the bug stuff on the driver's mirror. They give you a rag to wipe the car down i dont know why it doesn't do its job. If you are looking for a wash do the quick one and pay the least amount anything more not worth it.
Some of these bad reviews are ridiculous. People expecting $200 detailing for a $15 car wash.
As for me, the staff was really friendly, took a minute to ensure my bumper mod was safe for the wash, prepped my vehicle with a hand prewash and into the beast I went.
I was VERY satisfied with the result. Just coming from the north, there was a lot of road salt and muck, but my car left the wash pristine.
All for a good price, what's not to like. 5 stars.
YOU MUST DISPUTE AT THE BANK TO CANCEL YOUR SERVICE
This business is one of those shady fitness center types that will continually bill you and won't respond to messages nor answer their phone. You can call them now to confirm that they don't answer and there is no voicemail set up for this reason. We specifically inquired about what is required to cancel the service, and the person we signed up with said, "Oh, you can cancel anytime-- just give us a call."
This is completely false. We've moved out of state and are now stuck with having to go the difficult 'dispute with the bank' route to cancel our service.
Don't sign up with these shady people-- you'll have to dispute with your bank to cancel. :/
Pretty good express car wash. Staff was super friendly. The wash itself was acceptable it cleaned the car and didn’t leave many water spots. The vacuum was super strong at least the left side that I tested while I was here. Vacuum nozzle choice is limited to one (wish you all had another choice like a flat wider one for carpets). Otherwise my only major complaint is they don’t open until 8 AM. If you opened at 7 I’d probably switch from Mr Carwash. Most people have to be at work by 8 during the week so that limits me to just the weekend to wash my ride. I’ll be back again with my wife’s car from time to time.
My new go-to car wash in Titusville! The staff is friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was well taken care of. My vehicle was covered in chalky, mucky build-up from recent rain and deep puddles. As I pulled up to the wash, they kindly grabbed brushes/extra hoses and got to work cutting through all of that grime before I drove through the actual wash. The care and attention to detail were so refreshing and appreciated. Excellent customer service, an excellent customer experience, and an excellent wash to top it all off. Big thanks to the team at Top Shelf!
