The crew stopped mowing portions of our lawn. Then wanted to charge extra for a clean up when they were responsible for not mowing the entire lawn. March, April and May they didn't mow all they were supposed to mow. They didn't say a word on my lawn being overgrown until I mentioned to Tony they were skipping the majority of the back yard. It was overgrown because they didn't mow it.
