Tons of Tile

While this store does have tons of tile. They do not have tons of good customer service. No one is in there to help you. My first time in there Wyatt was the only person that helped me. He took the information from me of the tiles that I was checking out to take home for samples. And I thought well maybe it was because I went on a Saturday it was so busy. I went back on Wednesday to return my tile samples. I stood in line just watched the guy sitting at a computer which he did the same thing Saturday. Another lady behind the counter another lady standing next to me who work there , but was on her cell phone. none of them said a word. The one lady behind the counter grabbed Wyatt .Wyatt saw me and came back around and said are you returning those tiles and I said yes I am. Wyatt is the big asset to customer service very personable very kind. Everybody in that store could learn from him how to treat customers. I don't think I'll ever be back in there no matter how much tile they have.

Best selection in the county. I searched high and low. Finally decided on shower floor repair but I’ll be back for fireplace facade and laundry room projects. Also, Jennifer the designer is fabulous. She’s bot only talented but very patient with my grumpy husband. Every employee I encountered was professional and polite. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

Like the name says they have tons of tiles. If you need tile in Pinellas County they either have it or its no longer made. The employees here are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They recognized the style tile that I needed even though it was 30 years old. They gave me lots of advice and choices. And their prices are fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend them for all you tile needs.

I'm really happy with my experience at this place. I needed to buy tile on short notice and bring it up to Tallahassee. I had gone to three other tile stores that day already before I tried to this place. These guys were super helpful and the tile came in even BEFORE they said it would. Their recommendations were all top notch and up-to-date, and they helped me plan my vision rather than try to steer me a different direction.

Also their price was HALF the cost that the same exact tile was in Tallahassee.

I don’t enjoy writing reviews like this, but my experience was disappointing. The saleswoman I met with was misleading and somewhat dismissive. She told me things like “8' x 8' tiles don’t exist” and claimed another tile I asked about was out of production — both of which turned out to be untrue. If they want to compete with online retailers, offering friendly, accurate, and transparent service would be a good place to start. Unfortunately, that’s not what I experienced.
