Timberman Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof for three buildings and gutters for all three building. They were very easy to work with. Both the roofing team and gutter teams were very polite, timely and cleaned everything up when they finished. Augy was great to work with and kept us informed the whole time. Highly recommend Timberman Roofing!

I can’t say enough good things about this roofer. He came out promptly to evaluate my client’s roof, was extremely responsive, and—most importantly—completely honest. Instead of trying to sell an unnecessary repair, he clearly explained that the roof did not need any work at this time. That kind of integrity is rare and very much appreciated, especially when working on behalf of a customer. Fair, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I will absolutely be recommending him to future clients.
Contacted several contractors and pick Timberman. I like how they presented everything. I liked their products. The price was good. The crew was great. They started early and when finished they made sure everything was picked up and the yard was cleaned of any nails. I am very pleased with their work. I would recommend Timberman.
Timberman Roofing proved challenging to reach, with difficulties in communication despite multiple attempts through voicemails and text messages. This raised concerns, especially when a prompt paid invoice for a substantial amount exceeding 17K was not received, despite the funds being deducted from my account. Waiting for over a week heightened the unease. Additionally, efforts to discuss leftover materials went unanswered, and the roofing work was conducted using flashlights, falling short of expectations.
However, I must acknowledge the efforts of Austin, who went above and beyond to showcase the quality of the roof. This positive experience with Austin is noteworthy and brings some reassurance to an overall unsatisfactory situation.
Regrettably, the inspection company provided by Timberman Roofing for the "free" roof mitigation scheduled on Jan 15th did not show up, further diminishing the satisfaction with the entire process.
Based on the mixed experience, I would consider Timberman Roofing with caution, taking into account both the communication challenges and the commendable efforts of Austin.
