Trent did an absolutely amazing job installing my well. He was clear with communication and kept me up to date with scheduling. The workmanship is superb and pricing is the best out of anyone else. His truck rutted up my yard because of the rain we had and he went out of his way to have someone come out to fix them with no charge. Would recommend him to anyone any day of the week hands down!

10/25/22 - Thompson drilled and installed a new deep [~140 ft] residential irrigation/pool filling well. Well performing with no issues since install [09/20/22]. Good quality materials and workmanship. Work completed in a day. Communications were an issue/intermittent and it was about 3 months between accepting their estimate and the drill rig showing up. Please note that they did inform me up front that it would be a while before they could get to my job. Compared with the other offers I received, the price was great and made the comms difficulty and wait worth it. Better comms and shorter wait would get them 5 stars from me.
Update 12/06/2023 - Well is performing as advertised providing plenty of clean water. Independent sampling verified water quality.
We we’re in need of our well being repaired and the addition of a tank for washing our cars and filling our above ground pool as needed. Thompson’s was able to come out and give us an estimate. Trent was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Communication was great!
Within a week they were on the job and had it finished in just a few hours! Job well done and very much appreciated! Highly recommended!!

Trent and his crew installed a high quality well for me on my vacant property in Jay that we are currently building on. & let me just say I can not recommend this company enough! Whenever my builder couldn’t get my well to work, I called trent and he immediately knew the issue. Trent received the call and left his home in Cantonment to meet my builder in Jay to resolve the issue (which was just a tripped breaker no issues with the well itself). If that doesn’t show quality work and excellent customer service skills then I don’t know what does! I’m extremely satisfied with the service I received and would recommend them to anyone.
