The Time Is Now Design & Build

Had the side of house done with pavers and rocks, and the job came out beautiful. Unfortunately the pavers and rocks were leveled below the actual height of the grass removed, especially in the front where gate opens. There wasn’t enough rocks to cover area thoroughly, bottom of house was exposed, and a few pavers moved when walked on. Last but most importantly, there was grass growing in the rocks within a week after installation. There were weeds along side of fence that wasn’t removed, and an area along the base of house where grass still existed? When I expressed my concerns, I was asked what did I want? I answered for the area to be properly leveled, more rocks to cover the areas where there wasn’t enough, especially along the base of house. Wanted to know why wasn’t all of the grass and weeds removed, and why is there new grass growing in rocks already. I was told that if area was leveled higher, there would be problems. Was told that materials were used to help prevent weeds and grass, and that I would have to spray weed kill every other month. No answer to why wasn’t all of the grass and weeds removed. However , more rocks were added with the attitude of not charging me for rocks that I already paid for. I thought the barrier prevented weeds and grass for several f years before returning, the barrier that they put down didn’t last a week. I was told that there’s nothing that they could do about this?
