We were on a search for tile for our bathroom. We found something at a local tile shop but we were not in love with it. So having been a previous customer to “The Tile Shop” we knew they had a great selection of good quality up to date tile. We decided to take the 2 hour drive and it was the best decision we made!
Not ever doing a shower before, we were unaware of what we needed. As luck would have it, we got the best salesperson I’ve ever met! David Brownell was our guy. He installed tile so he knew what we needed. He helped us pick a great match. He made sure we had the right product, the right trim pieces, right amount and the right grout. I think we would have been short product, had it not been for him! He was a life saver. So knowledgeable! He was outstanding!
The tile is installed and we love it. Rooms not complete but I’ve attached a few photos.

This was a third store we visited to get some tile for my son's house renovation. The Lowes and Home Depot had no staff to help us navigate through all the tile options and no one knew about their inventory. When we got to The Tile Shop Terry Walter greeted us and never left us until we found something we liked. He kept us in the shop after his store hours to finalize the purchase and he matched the price of tile we saw in Home Depot. Great customer service, which so hard to find nowadays. We also got some very good advice from him on grout choices and installing.
The picture I took is to show that we were the last clients that night and they did not rush us out of the store. Big help when your own work hours only allow you to shop after 5 pm.
We have been working with the Tile Shop as our main source of tile for years. Highly recommend all their materials, all of the employees are very knowledgeable about the material they offer and what it takes to get a project completed!
