A well-stocked store with plenty of options, just as you’d expect from The Home Depot. One issue I ran into is how difficult it is to find items at this location. The layout and organizational aren’t very convenient, which results in spending more time than expected here.

The garden center cashier Christina was very helpful and so pleasant. It was easy to find the supplies I needed and she even made sure I remembered to register for my military discount that saved me a few extra dollars. Thank you so much for your help and for your smile!

As is usual with this store, no one wants to help. I was there to select and buy carpet but rather than help a customer, the guy sitting at his desk slithers out never to be seen again.
I had intended to buy. No one could answer my questions or start me on the process so I left, took some of your free samples and now will be going to an independent store to buy the carpet.
I rarely ever go to this store because of the nasty attitudes, the take or leave it undertones and the poor customer service. I will go to the store on Atlantic to buy a screw before I ever buy anything here.
It comes down to store management. Has been this eay for years.

After some research and a visit to the store, I was advised to contact GE for a service appointment. A GE technician came to inspect the range and confirmed that the noise wasn’t a defect but rather a normal part of how induction ranges operate.

I contacted Home Depot again, hoping to exchange the range for a standard electric model, only to be told that their 48-hour return policy had passed—something I wasn’t clearly informed about at the time of purchase. Now, we’re left with an expensive appliance we can’t comfortably use due to the excessive buzzing. I’m disappointed that there seems to be no flexibility or support in resolving this issue. For such a significant purchase, I expected better communication, clearer return policies, and a stronger commitment to customer satisfaction.
