I had the BEST experience with The Carpet Store. I worked with Corey on the sales side. Since I was matching existing flooring, he worked hard to get me a sample before I made the investment in buying the flooring. Dave and Zach were my installers and they were SO good! They were communicative, hard working and great installers! They also were so neat and efficient. They worked so hard and my floors look amazing! Thanks so much and happy holidays!
Definitely check this place out for all your flooring needs! My family loves carpet in our bedrooms, I’ve used the Carpet store many times and they are always professional, have amazing options and priced right. From sales, to service after the sale, to installation… Nothing but 5 stars all around! Wood-look tile throughout the house is the next project on the list. Thanks again!
Walking away from picking out new floors saying, “What a great experience!” Was not what we expected but it is exactly what happened.
When we walked in we were greeted by Brandon. We explained what we were looking for and he took us to the areas where we could find what we thought we wanted.
He asked us a few questions, pet’s, high traffic, the look we were going for…” and based on our answers gave us some parameters on which type of flooring would be best and those we may want to stay away from.
Then, the unthinkable happened. He actually walked away and gave us time to explore the options on our own. To feel free to walk around and talk and feel and explore. He was never far away and when we had questions he was there to answer them, without hovering, smothering, and selling.
The selection is almost overwhelming but in the end we made our selection and headed over to Brandon to figure out cost and timing.
Again, we were floored (pun intended) on how smooth the process was.
We were told they could start the next week.
Brian and his crew were amazing. The previous owners had done a little diy’ing and there are some quirky things to work around but they made it look effortless. They started Wednesday, and it would have been a 3 day job but the quirky bit meant needing quite a bit of leveling.
We ended at 5.5 days total and the floors are beautiful. I never in a million years would have thought they could come out this good. And did I mention under the estimated price!!??
I would give as many stars as I could. Top notch business, and employees.
This company was amazing and treated me very well from the time I walked in for carpet selection to my ultimate and entire home new carpet install. Leighanne was my salesperson and she was fantastic. Patient, helpful, and gave me great suggestions. Dan and Jason were our installers and these two were as hardworking and professional as I’ve ever seen. They were super helpful, moved heavy furniture, expertly installed the new carpet and even cleaned and vacuumed on the way out! They were amazing and super friendly! The whole experience was fantastic - thank you Carpet Store!
I needed some scrap runner carpet for my ferrets to dig on in their cage (instead of the stuff on my floor!), they had just what I needed ready to go!
