After we agreed on the price, they scheduled us for installation just a few days later. On installation day, the technician arrived in a truck with a different name, which made me wonder at first, but he was friendly and finished installing the pool heater in just a few hours. The new heater worked perfectly at first, but when I got home later, both the pool and heater were off. I called the office, and Francis quickly sent someone out to check it. He found a loose wire and fixed it right away, but said he’d need to come back with a part. The next day, when the heater turned on, it made a loud noise. We went to their office, and they told us they’d install a brand new heater that same day! Kaleb came out and replaced the old unit with a new one, and he took time to show us how everything worked.
