Used these guys before. The good new is, the Daikin equipment is great. Super quiet, efficient, intelligent. THE INSTALLATION WAS REALLY BAD! Owner: Installation should last 6 hours. My wife has Parkinson’s and was recovering from a heart procedure so we wanted a smooth install. Reality closer to 9, but ok. It didn’t help that one of the workers stepped through the ceiling while he was in the attic! But, stuff happens. Next day guy shows up to repair the ceiling, and destroys the bathroom/bedroom trying to repair the drywall. Demo all over the floor with no drop cloth. (Pic) He tries to dry the joint compound with a heat gun, blowing dust literally all over the house. 5 hours to clean up. Dust all over medications, contact lenses, sinks, linens, clothes, bedding. Puppy is carrying around drywall nails (pic) Utter catastrophe. Owner: Riccardo had a bad day. No, my wife was in tears, she had a bad day. I finished drywall and painted the ceiling. Called owner, ready for permit inspection. Owner: have personal issues can’t do it now. 6 weeks later called them again for inspection. Inspector comes out. Did not pass. Breaker is too small, hurricane pad improperly installed (pic), and worst of all, The ducting had separated from the air handler (pic). For 6 weeks we were air-conditioning the attic. No wonder the electric bill was still high! Crew comes back out, fixes issues, inspection passes. Total catastrophe. Tip: permits are in your best interest. Owner: we had some “hiccups”. Texted owner to discuss problems. Owner: yeah give me a call sometime. One month, no call. He’s hoping I don’t write this review. No compensation, no apology. Needless to say, cannot recommend. EDIT: called the office on 1/5/26. no call back. Obviously the "sympathetic" response below is bs.

I had a great experience with Alejandro from Home Therapist Cooling, Heating, and Plumbing. He repaired two toilets and installed the water line to my new refrigerator after the delivery team refused to connect it due to the existing plastic line.

Alejandro truly went the extra mile; he cut down the long, pre-existing bolts on one of the toilets that were sticking up on both sides and even found covers to finish it off properly. He took photos throughout the process, kept me informed every step of the way, and was extremely professional and detail-oriented.

Excellent workmanship, great communication, and someone I’d absolutely call again. Highly recommended.

As an engineer/fabricator/assembler, I have high standards from my contractors. This guy Sam, he fulfilled all my requests and installation needs. He took pride of his work, and left me with a smile. Price was fair and the time for the installation was fast; I didn’t waste my whole Saturday. The only that I don’t like is that they provide only 1 month labor warranty while other companies offered 1 year. Now I can enjoy my new hybrid water heater.

He was prompt, professional, and his communication style was perfect, especially for those of us that don’t know much about plumbing! Amazing service from start to finish. My AC system completely stopped working, and they were able to come out the same day, which was a huge relief. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly before getting started. The issue was fixed quickly and efficiently, and my AC has been running perfectly since. It’s hard to find reliable, honest service these days, but this company absolutely delivered. I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC repair!
