I have been a loyal customer for over six months, coming every single week, and the service was only acceptable when Tony was working here. Since he left, the quality and professionalism have completely declined. Today was my last visit due to an extremely unpleasant and disrespectful experience with Mike. My vehicle was poorly cleaned and still dirty. When I tried to calmly address the issue and even offered to help so it could be done correctly, Mike responded with a terrible attitude. He instructed the workers not to rinse the vehicle even though it was still covered in soap and then told me not to return. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of respect for customers. His behavior does not reflect integrity, customer service, or basic human decency. I do not recommend this place at all. I even asked him if he was truly a Christian, because his actions did not reflect the values of helping and respecting others. Very disappointing experience.

See all on Google ↗Today I brought my truck down for a basic outside wash and when I was driving home noticed they did not clean the windshield and left bug splatter all over it and did not even clean the hood and front end. I have previously went to have the truck washed and waxed and they left wax on the hood which is still there even after this so called wash. I’ve been going to them for a few years now and the service has been getting worse, the have constantly been leaving wax on the truck which is black, and I understand the price is lower than other places but they are not even making an effort and I give good tips. I really don’t know how they have such high reviews
This is a excellent establishment. The people are polite and do a fantastic job. I have been coming here for all my detailing for a couple of years. I would recommend Teen Challenge Carwash to anyone that wants their vehicle to look fantastic.
First time to visit here and it was a great experience. I know about the Teen Challenge mission so I wanted to support the organization. My car looks amazing! I got the In and Out plus my seats shampooed. They did a phenomenal job! My car smells so good and it lifted my spirits to have my car back in tip top shape again. Thank you guys! 💪🩷
