Today we received the schedule AC maintenance service by AC technician Kareem Cusick. Very please with service provided. Mr. Kareem displayed great professionalism and knowledge while performing his maintenance service. He kept me well informed throughout the entire time on all the things I as a customer needed to know in order for the unit life is prolonged. Very happy and will not hesitate to always have Mr Kareem by name request for all future service schedule. Well done Mr. Kareem.

Please stop calling me. We had an offer for a $50 dollar coil cleaning on my hvac unit. Technician arrived within the time slot I was told, only to come find out he was only spraying some foam cleaner and wiping it down. Then quoted me $650 for cleaning service. None of this information was provided during the call with the office, if I had known it was just a quick preliminary visit and something I could of done myself with after a trip to home depot. It would be nice for the people in the office to communicate everything so there are no surprises. The Technician ended up leaving, doing nothing and basically throwing the company he works for under the bus.

Kareem was my technician. He did a great job explaining everything in detail. I called to get an exclusive 1 time offer for $29.95 for cleaning and inspection. I ended up getting a year membership and 1 year free. It's a great deal. 4 visits or more if needed for the price of like 2 visits. I also upgraded my HVAC system a little. Kareem was very courteous and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone. Don't wait until something breaks. It is all about maintaining your investment. Thank you Kareem and TSI

Very unhappy with TSI. 2 weeks ago, a tech (Rocco) came out to perform standard maintenance on my air conditioner. He recommended $7000 for a complete air duct replacement. I called the office for a copy of the inspection report. The office worker Ashley informed me the air conditioner checked out perfectly but Rocco made a comment that he recommends duct replacement. I have been trying for 2 weeks now to get an explanation, in writing of why this is being recommended and have gotten nowhere. This seems like a clear upsell of an unneeded service to me. If they believe the duct work is truly needed, why can't they put it in writing?

I had Kareem come over today to do a yearly maintenance on my HVAC system. Kareem is very professional and did an awesome job. I would recommend him and the company to anybody.
