Taylor Septic Services

This is the second time I have used Taylor Septic Services to empty out my septic tank when it had reach capacity. These guys are awesome! They come on time, are friendly and knowledgeable! As a first time home owner they have provided me with so much valuable information on what to do and not do when owning a septic tank. Provided suggestions and alternative products to use so the tank and drain field remain great and functioning at 100%! I literally stand outside and speak with the gentleman asking questions while he is pumping out the tank and he answers every question I have in a professional manner! I recommend these guys to everyone I know!

I had a very good experience. I needed a pump out only, got a recommendation on the health of my system. Guys found my septic hatch in no time! And pumped it out. Would definitely call again for any more issues we might have. Thank you Taylor Septic!

Long story short, would not recommend Taylor Septic. Dishonest, misleading and incomplete pump out.

We were in the process of buying a home and the previous owners had the septic pumped, not inspected. 30 days later, we had Taylor Septic inspect as they were the ones previously used. No one had lived in the home since the pump out. We explained we were in the inspection period and wanted to ensure all looked good. Steven added water and immediately said the drainage field was no good and we would need a new one. Due to the new laws, they would have to do a whole new system ($15,000+ quote). We thought it was strange as it was such an immediate response and questioned whether they saw it as an “easy sale” since we were in the inspection period and it would either need to be fixed or disclosed for future buyers.

We had another company out for a second opinion and they opened BOTH lids of the system and pumped BOTH sides. Whereas Taylor only pumped ONE side, only inspected ONE side and completely left out the other side. So not only did they charge for a full pump out for the previous owners, we the potential buys then paid them again to inspect and then they wanted to install a whole new system. Seems like a money grab and wouldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them.

I hope you at least refunded the previous owners. As you can see in the first 2 photos , only the one lid closest to the road is open. In the third photo, you can see no grass where there are two lids to both compartments of the tank.

I called at 6:20 and they arrived at 7:45 super fast service same day needed. A pump out service cuz it was due pump alarm light was on. It turned out to be a stuck float. Super honest, well trusted. Competitive pricing. Well worth the service.

I called and spoke to Heather. Very polite and helped me set an appointment that worked for me. They were prompt and on time for our service. The service person was knowledgeable and explained the steps he would follow to pump out the tank and how I should care for the system to get the most years possible out of it. The lid was in poor shape and he offered options to replace it if I chose to. I did and felt it was a resonable price. Taylor is my new go to for septic service. Great job!!!
ps: the check cleared so please don't bring the stuff back ;) just kidding, I used a card lol. Total thumbs up!!!
