Talquin Septic is fantastic. I needed my tank drained asap. My plumber got here at 4:30 and figured out that my tank was full.
I called this company at 5:15 and he drove an hour to my house and pumped it out.

We had a septic tank emergency over the weekend. I called several companies but Talquin Environmental actually answered the phone. I explained the situation and they were upfront about costs (which I thought were fair for an emergency). They got someone to come out within a couple of hours of my call. The person that showed up was courteous and professional. We are so grateful we didn’t have to wait. We will definitely use them again and will refer them to our friends and family.
These guys are great. Initially my septic tank was in a different location than on the building plan but they found it and changed out the filter. Very knowledgeable and friendly. No complaints and great price.
1 1/2 years later and they still never finished the job. I have 2 deep holes in my yard, and they said they'd be back 20x to fix them and grade my now hilly yard. My toilets were also making gurgling noises after system replacement and no one would ever actually show when they said. I finally contacted the Better Business Bureau and they ignored them as well. Thankfully, I didn't pay everything up front as they requested or I would've probably gotten even less finished! I still paid for a job they neglected to finish and had to clean up everything they left in my yard myself.
The service was great! My only complaint would be that I didn’t know ahead of time that I should replace the filter during the pump out, I didn’t even know there was a filter in there but was informed at the time of service this would cost an extra $100. Having already written out the check, this was a little inconvenient and unplanned for. The service however, was excellent! The team was punctual, friendly and professional!
