Take 5 Car Wash

I brought my car through this car wash 1/14/26 and my glass sunroof was broken during the wash. The local store had no idea what to do and offered zero help or guidance other than fill out a form.

I contacted corporate customer service and was hung up on three separate times. I was told I would receive a response within 48 hours, which never happened.

Update: Corporate eventually emailed me but refused to speak on the phone. They claimed the damage was “not their fault,” yet provided no details of their investigation, no video footage, and no explanation of what supposedly happened while my car was in their wash just a flat “no.”
This damage will cost me approximately $1,400 in repairs, plus the inconvenience and expense of being without my car.
After reading similar Google reviews, I called the local store again and unsurprisingly, they still had no idea and could not help. Please stop posting generic, fake-sounding responses telling customers to “contact the store” when the store clearly has no authority or information.
This experience shows a complete lack of accountability and customer care. If something goes wrong, expect to be ignored, passed around, or shut down instead of helped. Do better.

This place is really nice. Has everything you need to clean your car out ass well. Staff were super friendly. Got my work truck pretty clean too.

I stopped by Take 5 Car Wash and had an awesome experience! My truck came out looking spotless they did an excellent job getting it shining again. James and Gage were both super friendly and professional, making sure everything was just right before I left. Great customer service and attention to detail all around. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Pulled up at 7:45 PM (9/24) on a Tuesday—not a single employee in sight and the car wash was unusable. This isn’t a one-off: there’s consistently a long wait every time I visit for someone to come over and start the wash. After repeated frustration with poor customer service and chronic understaffing, I’m cancelling my membership.

They destroyed my black chrome finish on my Kia Telluride on July 10. Whatever prespray they put on my vehicle ate all of the chrome finish off on the passenger side windows. Absolute damage caused by them and their employees or their car wash. See the photos. It is disgusting. They refused to do anything to fix the issue or the problem. No remorse, no responsibility, nothing. I would strongly suggest avoiding this business as they are not willing to fix damages they caused. It is abhorrent behavior and it represents everything that is wrong with businesses in 2025.
