I had a service call in February and the gentleman who came out was Dave. He was awesome. He was very professional and spoke to me with respect and understanding. He went above and beyond to fix my issue and explained everything along the way. I really appreciate Dave and thank him for being such an asset to Superior Water.

I was really impressed with my experience with superior water conditioning! From the beginning to end, it was a super smooth process. From manager Ken to sales associate Andrew, installation team, and office manager Mireya, everybody is so wonderful. I had a million questions and had a lot of back and forth with Ken, but he was very patient with me. Kinetico system is the best in the market! Thank you guys!!

I am extremely impressed by the level of service given by Superior Water. When I moved my system for construction, my water went off balance. When I reached out for help, Mireya and Bill were so very very helpful and sent both an installation crew and service crew to get my water corrected. There is a lot to be said for doing business locally with people who will be there when most needed. Superior Water will be my company for life.

No need to try after this and come on here and say how sorry you were for our disappointment. With even the quality of people who answer phones is not rocket science . The most common thing people want when they call somewhere if something is not available ,is to be rerouted with kindness. Whoever you have in service department and answered the phone for parts is in that category . By asking me ,What do you want me to do about it ? He should of never been allowed to speak to public at all. Disgusted with your employees .
