We did our pool little over 3 weeks and had Super sharks do pool renovation and patio stone. From engaging with Derek on the sales effort to working with Mark who oversaw and managed the whole effort to Matt who was project manager all were exceptional. Easy to work with and they always kept me first in making sure I was satisfied. The 3 crews that performed all the work were exceptional was so impressed in their craftsmanship and the pride in their work/results.
Our pool renovation and out beautiful like a brand new pool!!!

If you’re looking for an honest and trustworthy company, this is the one. I had 2 issues to address, a non working pump and a leak. Both could have cost thousands to fix. Matt simply repaired a faulty wire and had Andy return within 48 hours to seal and fix the skimmer. It’s good to know that there are still honest and reputable companies available to choose from.

We had such a great experience with Super Shark Pools, especially Andy! As new pool owners, we had a lot to learn, and Andy was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to explain everything we needed to know, helped us figure out what was causing our problem, and even fixed a leak we didn’t realize we had until he was there. He was calm, friendly, and professional throughout the entire visit. We’ll definitely be using Super Shark Pools (and Andy!) for all of our future pool needs and highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

UPDATE: They installed my Pentair pool pump. I had follow-up issues with the communication system w/pump. Steve/Andy did the troubleshooting both over the phone and in person. The end result was they ordered me a new device under warranty that was delivered to the house. Quick & efficient w/no excuses. The system is working perfectly now. Thx boyz :)
