Super Impact Windows and Doors 365

Superb overall company. Had to replace 3 patio doors in my home and Super Impact had all products in stock. They came 3 days later after paying initial deposit to install and I had a great experience. Process was very smooth dealing with them and they did everything we agreed upon. Installation team was clean, fast, covered all furniture and floor to minimize dust and keep everything clean. I really recommend this business and i am very happy to support small local businesses such as them and you should also.

I strongly advise against doing business with this company. I ordered a single glass door on October 30, 2025, and paid a 50% deposit. Since November 25, communication has been non-existent. They have ignored every email and phone call I’ve sent seeking a status update. It has now been nearly three months with no product and no accountability. They are happy to take your money, but they provide zero customer service or transparency in return.

I can’t say enough great things about Super Impact Windows and Doors and especially Mario. From the moment I reached out, Mario went above and beyond to help us find the exact impact window we needed, and he did it in less than 24 hours.

We were in the middle of a kitchen remodel, and without Mario’s immediate help and genuine care about our situation, the project would have been set back by weeks. Instead, he made it happen quickly and efficiently, treating it like it truly mattered.

On top of that, they even arranged delivery just to help us out, which speaks volumes about their customer service. This company doesn’t just sell windows…they actually care about their customers.

We were NOT happy with this service. I do not recommend it. The installers put the sliding doors in BACKWARDS and we, who know nothing about their business, had to ask them to come back and try flipping them around. There was a big gap. The side glass holders were installed OUTSIDE the window, rather than inside. So anyone could unscrew them and walk in.
We paid a lot of extra money for "Double Tinted" glass to keep the heat down in the room. But this product actually absorbs heat and makes the room much hotter than before. Definitely avoid that product! It's really a scam.
Additionally, the installers did not inspect our windows before they put them in, so the damaged windows went in and Mario, the owner, would not fix them.
On top of all that, when they told us they take credit cards, they didn't mention that they charge a 3.5% fee on top. Overall, this is not a company I will ever work with again.

The installation process was smooth and efficient, with minimal disruption to my daily routine. The quality of the windows is outstanding—they not only enhance the security of my home but also improve its energy efficiency and curb appeal. I immediately noticed a difference in noise reduction and temperature regulation.
Overall, I highly recommend for their exceptional products and top-notch service. If you're considering impact windows, look no further!
