My family lives at 34952 and it's great to the have the best solar energy company located near me. Sunergy provides quality services to us, locals, and raises awareness about green practices at the same time. 100% would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone in town 🙌

Very disappointed with this company, the sales rep when he came to my house did not mention I will need to pay a higher price when I need to change my roof, all he said sola panel will be removed for free if I use one of their authorized roofers. I come to find out they only have an authorized roofer which I Sunergy roofing. The quote they gave me to replace my roof is way higher than any other roofing company. If did not go with them I will need to pay $16,000 to remove and reinstall the solar panels. I ended up going with them because they left me no choice, the roofing workers puncture the AC freon line in the attic, I had to call an AC company to repair it. they told me to send them Invoice which I did along with videos of the damage. They came back saying the lines were not installed to code and they could not give me the refund, they provided building codes from 2020 and my house was built in 2006 which the codes are different. Besides charging more than other roofing company they refuse to refund $1,100 I spent fixing what their employee damage. Do not recommend this company to anyone.

I've been putting off solar for other large projects around the house, but after my experience with the Sunergy introduction team, I'm happily moving forward today. No more batteries needed, the panels are rated against hurricane winds, they can be removed if my roof needs repairs since Sunergy also has a roof service, and I begin saving vs my current average electric bill on day one. Thank you Rachel for the warm welcome and providing no pressure to meet with your engineering consultant. Tyler, thank you so much for your time, and answering all my questions honestly, with no pressure. I admire how you conduct business, and hope you are able to bring savings to other customers for many years to come. Once the installation process begins, I'll update the review. I only hope the rest of the Sunergy team is as pleasant and helpful as Rachel and Tyler. More to come.

Seems to be prevalent with the install then apply for lending. They blitzed in Missouri, didn’t secure financing before installation and left a customer with a dead system on his roof for a year.
Now the customer is incredibly frustrated trying to sell a house with a non PTO’d system.

Also read the contract and they specifically say that home owner has to insure the system themselves.

Definitely a hazy company to work with

We signed up for service 1 year ago. We were promised a timeline of 4-6 months start to finish. Installation of panels happened in January 2024. The panels are STILL nonfunctional, my electric bill this month is $345 AND I still have to pay the $200 loan payment for this. I will be contacting an attorney over this. I may end up stuck with them, but don't waste your time or your money with this company.
