Absolutely fantastic company. Aric listened to the issue with our solar panels, communicated the possible fixes, offered us a fair price and a quick appointment. When he arrived he clearly explained what he was going to do and in about 30 minutes had our solar panels back up and running. His price was extremely fair and worth every penny for his outstanding customer service.
I called Sundew because our solar installer went out of business. Aric came for service that very day and ordered the part I needed. Once it arrived he scheduled the install and had me back up and running in just a couple hours. He even went through extra steps to help me set up my app, which was a headache for him. Definitely call Aric if you are looking for a damn good company to fix your Solar.
Very helpful and honest. Sundew Solar replaced a control board for my rooftop solar system and had it operating again quickly. Very professional and polite. If you find yourself in my position where the original installers are no longer in business and warranty no longer honored, Sundew solar is who you should call.
I cannot say enough good things about Aric and Sundew. They stand behind their product!! If you are looking for solar, look local because when you have an issue two years later like we did the other guys are home with the wind but Sundew is here to stay. And did I mention $26 electric bills? That’s right we pay only the FPL minimum each month for our electricity.
