Nathan (hope I’m spelling it right) was absolutely amazing! My garbage disposal went out and he scheduled our service promptly. He was extremely professional, responsive, and even helped in referring another company for other work I needed done.
I will continue using this company for all our plumbing needs and always recommend them to anyone who asks!
Our toilets stopped flushing on Thursday evening due to our septic being full (which I only figured out that same day), and despite my greatest efforts with a plunger they wouldn’t drain, so we had a real problem on our hands. I called one septic company on Friday morning at about 8am but they couldn’t come until Monday, which obviously would not do, and then I called Sun Plumbing and Septic and spoke to a very nice young man who told me he could be out there the same day to pump our septic. He told me he’d be there between 12 and 2pm and he arrived just after 1pm and had our septic emptied and our toilets flushing by 2pm, and he even diagnosed a minor issue that our septic has (tree roots and sand in the bottom). I was very satisfied with their service and will definitely call them again if we have any plumbing issues at all, as he told my wife that they’re both a septic company and a plumber, which is very helpful.

They listened to my concerns and made sure I was understood. They are a family owned company, so they intimately handle your concerns with care and understanding. They are personable and I felt like I have known this couple in my entire life 🥰 I would highly recommend them for any of septic tanks or plumbing issues. it was a late Friday afternoon, I had just had the tile replaced in my bathroom, and when I went to do laundry and it started draining, it was backing up in my sinks, toilet and shower. My friend stopped over and recommended Sun plumbing. I was getting ready to call them when my friend said their truck is right down the street. Nathan came right over and spent quite a long time going down through the P-trap trying to get out the clog. he had to use several pieces of equipment several times. but he didn’t give up, and he was finally able to retrieve what was causing the clog, and it was a tile separator. I was very grateful for his assistance because I would not have been able to use my home all weekend. He was polite and professional and reasonably priced. It was dinner time he didn’t even have to stop but he did. a lifesaver!
