This company is a 10!!! During hurricane season if you found someone that could install your shutters quickly I would run. If they are backed up that should tell you something. They are beyond excellent and I highly recommend them. They send out professionals that know their craft. They installed and left everything cleaner than when they got here. They were patient with all my questions. They went over and beyond again, 10 10 10....
This team is amazing and their storm panels are top quality! I'm replacing the plywood boards for my windows since I am small and had to have extra hands to put them in. With the storm panels, I can do everything myself in half the time. Fair and free estimates, on time, good communication, and excellent installation work!
I emailed this company via their website twice, both in September, about a week apart requesting a quote on storm panels. An email reply indicated someone would contact me shortly. I didn’t receive a call back until more than a month later. At that point I had already found another company to work with. Very poor first impression. If you’re that busy, at least pick up the phone and let them know that you received their request and explain any delays in providing service.
