After the notice from my insurance company to replace my roof I called Stuart Lyons personally. Known him and his company for years. They did not just do a re roof. Found some areas that needed work, was in constant contact and when the job was finished it was done like pros!

I'm a roofer in the community, and sometimes we work together for the common good of our citizens. Stuart Lyons Roofing was willing to let me browse their scrap yard for discontinued tile, to help a local homeowner. Awesome!!
They got it right the second time. The first time I called Stuart Lyons roofing I found them to be very prompt, although not very professional. I hired them to repair a leak in my roof and found it still leaking after the next bad storm. When I called them back out to repair the leak, they were much more professional and I was happy to find that they did not attempt to charge me twice for the same repair. I would consider hiring them again.
Installed new metal roof, failed to flash or caulk in vital area. After doing some house demo, found major water damage caused by said issue. Owner Stewart came out observed it and said “what do you want me to do caulk it?” Owner clearly admitted his guys didn’t caulk that area and caulk had never been applied. Explained it was a maintenance issue on the house.
Everyone claims he’s a stand up man but when it comes to resolving a mistake his employees made which he admits he takes no responsibility. I guess it’s our fault we didn’t inspect every part of the roof and didn’t find his lack of sealing the new roof until several years after he installed it and took $30k to do so.
And if the business comments on here regarding how rude I was, I absolutely admit that he was cursed out after he backed out of my house telling me he’s got nothing for me!!!!
DO NOT USE AS HE WONT STAND BEHIND HIS WORK WHEN HE CLEARLY ADMITTED HIS GUYS NEVER APPLIED CAULK TO SEAL THIS AREA.
Very disrespectful supervisor speeding in my neighborhood (white diesel F250 with aftermarket exhaust).
I Politely asked if he could slow it down as there are many children in my neighborhood. His response "I don't see any kids" followed by another gross display of horsepower and a finger gesture from the drivers window.
Just completed one roof in my neighborhood and from what my neighbors tell me possibly more to come. I will be encouraging my neighbors to look elsewhere for their roofing needs.
