We had Storm Solutions install hurricane shades last year and were thrilled with the results.The installation was smooth and professional, every phone has call been answered promptly and with such great customer service (thank you Sandy) and Jo was amazing with the WiFi hookup. Today I needed a repair and out came Jo and Chuck, another 5 star experience!! So great that I dubbed them the “dynamic duo”, what a team they make. They knew exactly what to do to fix my shade, and did it quickly and proficiently. And our shades are prettier and better quality than any others I’ve seen. Everything about this company is exceptional.

In 2024 Storm Solutions replaced several of our sliders and French doors with new hurricane impact sliders and doors. Not only are we happy with the quality of the product, but also the skill and talent of the installation teams. They worked efficiently and clearly were experts in their trade. We recently had an issue with a latch on the double French doors, and literally within a couple of hours of notifying them of the issue, Kevin sent Ken, a technician, to fix the latch. This is absolutely top-notch “after the fact” customer service and we highly recommend Storm Solutions and their team to others.

I worked with Storm Solutions for my personal home. We had 14 windows and our house was over 25 years old. When two of the windows were removed, we found a completely disintegrated precast sill (concrete below the window). Kevin the owner, quickly ordered and delivered a new concrete sill. I’m incredibly happy with their service, their pricing was honest and up front. When my house proved to need more work than just windows their added work was very well priced. My PGT windows can handle any storm that the Gulf throws our way that’s to great product and an even better install.

Storm solutions installed our hurricane windows and doors about 8 years ago. Very happy with the PGT product and the installation. With the tough salt air our hurricane lock on the front door broke.
