Having just remodeled I wanted my new tile floors cleaned throughout the house. I called North Port and gave sq ft of home and explained what I needed. The quote was $889.00
The guys arrived and Bennett immediately began to talk of needing more. He then said they would clean the tile floors twice due to the haze on the new tile. The cost jumped to $4,800 (seriously!)
I asked how long the job would take and he said 3 hours as there is not one piece of furniture in the house, so they would be out in no more than 3 hours.
I quibbled on price and he explained it’s $2 sq ft but would call his boss…..
So here is the kicker….i could hear every word of the conversation. Clearly. Bennett tells his boss it’s 2400 sq ft and the boss asked how much did he get out of us ….$4800 replies Bennett. Boss laughing…good job good job he says. He tells them I’m not happy with $2 sq ft so they reluctantly discuss 1.75 but nothing lower.
The price is now $4,200
I was seething at the conversation and I heard and simply getting ripped off for 3 hours work! My husband just wanted it done….so we scheduled for Monday.
Meanwhile I did my research….no way on Gods green earth was I paying Bennett and his boss $4200 for 3 hours work. $1400 an hour!
The laughing at us for being dumb enough to consider $4800 on the phone was galling. Bennett and his boss are not good people. I understand commission and upselling but not a $4000 up sell.
I would never use this company, ever.

Nick and Vincent did a super great job on my carpet cleaning job. Looks brand new and the guys were extremely courteous and helpful. Very efficient and prompt.

Used Stanley Steemer for upholstery cleaning and area rug cleaning. We booked online for an arrival time between 8 am and 12 pm. They texted at 7:45 am letting us know they were on their way. They arrived just after 8:30 am. They measured and got right to work. Our main concern was our chaise cushion. Our puppy had many accidents on it and even after my fiancé and I scrubbed it looked terrible. We have guests coming in a few weeks for a wedding and did not want our couch to look and smell as it did. They cleaned the entire sectional and got the cushion looking good as new as well as our area rug. They were professional, punctual, and very detailed as they worked. We were very happy working with them.

I needed three rooms cleaned 12x12 on average. They were at my house in Gone in less than an hour include setup and teardown. They left two big stains that their technician claimed was wear and nothing he could do about it. " carpet doesn't grow back" is what he told me was wrong with my 3 year old carpet.
Before they were even out the driveway I had my Hoover carpet cleaner out. Below are the before and after results of my little residential Hoover against Stanley steamers commercial cleaner.

Two men came to clean my two beige cloth recliners. I told them that I didn't like the smell of the cushions and the pen mark and another mark on the side of one. The one worked on cleaning them while the other spent the whole time in my bathroom. I smelled the cushions when they finished and they didn't smell any better. I asked the bathroom manager to fix the problem and he just took a little hand machine that didn't get the smell out either. I would never use them again.
