Spora Mold Remediation

Spora did an amazing job with mold remediation at my home. From start to finish, the customer service and the quality of work were outstanding. The team was thorough, efficient, and made the entire process stress-free.

After finding out we had a mold issue that wasn’t covered by our insurance, we had 4 estimates. 2 of the 4 said the whole kitchen would have to be removed & replaced. (cost would be approximately $30K to $40K.) One said he would try to save the cabinet facings & we would just need partial replacement. Then Spora arrived & used chemicals to do removal. Good as new. $1,300! It’s nice to see all big companies aren’t out for the big Buck & just want to do the job right! Thank you Spora!

Seena and Webster are amazing people who are super helpful! They came out to my home and gave me a free inspection and found where the root of my issue was immediately. Within 10 minutes of them showing up they had determined what my issue was and how we could remediate it all for free. Insane value this team provides!

Had an appointment for 9am, it’s now almost 1pm and no call no show.

Update: David reached out to me not long after posting my 2-Star review. He accommodated us to have someone come out today who was very prompt, I appreciate the high level of customer service! Definitely made us feel like they care and have attention to customer satisfaction. Fingers crossed on the mold test results tomorrow.

Mold inspection was super thorough. They checked every room, every vent, all the plumbing, all the windows, my air handler, went in the attic, even went outside and checked to make sure there were no cracks in my stucco that could let water in. Webster and Seena were super knowledgeable and gave me so much advice about prevention. Who knew most homes in Florida need a dehumidifier! Even gave me recommendations of things I could do on my own to save some money. Could not recommend Spora highly enough!
