To Sheri Tony and Johnny thank you for the outstanding service. I recently had my C300 Mercedes washed and detailed, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and friendliness, making me feel right at home.

The attention to detail was truly impressive. Every inch of my car, inside and out, was meticulously cleaned and treated with care. They took the time to ensure that even the smallest spots were addressed, leaving my car looking brand new.

What stood out even more was the fantastic pricing for such high-quality service. I felt like I received exceptional value for the level of care they provided.

Overall, I highly recommend this car wash and detailing service! If you're looking for a place that combines great service, attention to detail, and excellent prices, look no further. My C300 has never looked better!

I paid to get my car and my mother car vacuumed, wiped down and the outside cleaned. They had our cars for 2+ hours and when we got it back the job was done horribly. They didnt clean any of the cup holders and didnt move anything to vaccume under. The job wasn't done and you can hear one of the workers complaining because I told someone that the job was terrible.

I highly recommend not to go to this place for any service at all. The owner and manager are both unprofessional and rude. I went for a wash and it costed me 60$ from 5$ due to that old historic poor car wash they have. I can only imagine them touching a vehicle mechanically. The historic machine sliced my tire inside with two big gashes and the person directing me in heard and saw it but didn't say anything. When I get out the car wash, I had some unprofessional lady tell me there were no signs of her machine damaging my tire. Let along I drove to this car wash fine while I was working. Now this unprofessional lady makes me take my spare and basically tells me in my face they not even going to look at my tire just put my spare on and has the nerve to say at no charge. My blood starts boiling now, I give them the spare and take a deep breath. Soon as they take the tire off is when I noticed their historic machine tore my tire up. At this point nobody wants to even look at the tire so automatically it makes me think immediately this has happen before to someone I bet. This unprofessional lady tells me that my tire had to be low on pressure when I came into the wash which is a bold face lie. When I was being directed in the car wash I heard a quick hiss as soon as got my tire on the track inside the wash. They person guiding me again looks tells me put it in neutral and I go in. As I'm going through it feels weird. when I get out sure enough my tire is nearly off the rim because I went the whole car wash with this flat tire. Very sad to say but I will never recommend this place to anyone, not even as an emergency.

This is a very nice and very honest establishment. The work ethic is very professional and thorough! The lead gentleman and others that detailed my car were awesome! I really appreciated the great job done! Thank you and God bless! I will go back!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Splash for years, which makes this review all the more disappointing. I recently paid $269 plus a $40 tip for a bumper-to-bumper detail. After only a couple of hours, I was told my vehicle was ready. Upon arriving home, I noticed multiple areas—cup holders, dashboard, controls—had not been properly cleaned. I called and was asked to bring the vehicle back, which I did.

When I returned, the technician simply wiped the two front cup holders and claimed the job was done. I informed the manager, who apologized, said he would handle the cleaning himself, and promised to email me a complimentary bumper-to-bumper detail for the inconvenience. I appreciated the gesture.

However, instead of the promised service, I later received a $40 gift card. When I called to clarify, I was told that although they believed the promise was made, they do not actually provide free bumper-to-bumper details. I never requested a free service—it was offered to me as a resolution.

To make matters worse, my car is still visibly dirty. The center console, buttons, and areas between the seats remain uncleaned. Sadly, I will not be returning.
