Truly let me down. Nate, really hope things work out for you too. After a few people taught me several different ways to take on tasks. No ONE person trained me. That being said obviously I would make mistakes. Bless them change me
This is one of the worst shops I have ever been in. There was absolutely no organization. The employer treated me as I was in the military.
Dirty and dangerous! I have been in the metal fabrication industry for 25 years. My last day contemplating leaving, I along with my welding plug and 110v. plug were standing in 4 inches of water entering the building. Seems to me, with my skillset and organizational skills, people may see me as a threat. This just isn't the case. I'm there to better, and improve every person including myself. Where I see chaos, and disorganization I'm there to help. Unfortunately some people are happy with mediocrity, at best for this entity. I am a yankee working in the south I guess. I tell it like it is , and see it.

Staff is hard working, they put in the hours and work hard , I believe this is a place where an individual has the potential to make good money and a customer will be supplied with a top quality product.
They provided the structural steel package for a project we built in Hyde Park Village. This was a tough job with stringent logistics, requiring planning, staging of trucks and sequencing of work. All parties I dealt with were professional and stand-up, team players. I would welcome partnering with them on another project.
