Highly recommend Southern Escapes. They gave us our true southern escape dream. Rick designed our pool so that it would fit in a tight space, no other pool builders came up with such a great design. Our pool construction guy, Scott stayed in contact with us throughout the project and followed up with us on our concerns. Travis helped with the start up and made sure our equipment was running correctly; he also taught us a lot at pool school. Thank you for our beautiful pool.

Great company! Services are consistent and reasonably priced. Any time there’s an issue they’re there to save the day. For example, my pump motor just died and needed replacement. It took a week to get it back up and running so the pool went green and a week out from a big birthday party. They jumped on it, readjusting the normal schedule to make sure that we had plenty of time to get the pool back in order before the party. When I have questions or concerns they’re helpful and great about communication. Highly recommended!!!

Southern Escapes recently built our pool and we had a great experience! They were very communicative throughout the process and ended up completing ahead of schedule! We love our new pool and the kids are swimming almost 7-days/week!

They transformed a unappealing bit of backyard into a gorgeous patio with a screen enclosure around a custom heated salt-water pool, and they did it all with incredible professionalism, honesty, and knowledge. THANK YOU SO MUCH to Mike, Darrell, Jason, Matt, Cullen, and everyone else who always went above and beyond to make my vision come to life. All of the subcontractors were fabulous, and the crews who came to repair my landscaping were always pleasant and hard-working. Southern Escapes was not my first choice, but they turned out to be the best choice. They started when they said they would and they were there every time they said they would be. The coordination of crews was impressive. The pool was built in 3 months probably due to it being summer and the rain kept interrupting construction. But otherwise, it was great! Their pool/patio screen referral also did a fantastic job. it’s been a year and they still take my calls and help out whenever I need it. Thanks again, Alex
