Highly recommend them. We had a nasty clog in the main drain that was making the whole house smell, but the technician from Southern Coast Services cleared it out in no time. He was very thorough and made sure all the pipes were flowing perfectly before he packed up his gear. It was such a relief to finally have the water draining like it should without any more pooling. They really did a solid job for us.
The service person Chris is Very knowledgeable, polite and professional. The office on the other hand is not well run. Lenny who runs the office,( son’ of owner) needs some grooming. Needs to call his Dad when he can’t respond to why service man didn’t show up. The Dad who proudly professes that he wins all the lawsuits this company gets is quite nasty. When I asked why so many lawsuits, he replied “customers like you”. I did use profanity with one member of the staff bc they lied and I can’t tolerate liars. Some good company should hire away Chris. Too good for this circus act. They record all conversations. Guess bc they have so many lawsuits. Stay away
Our old air conditioner finally gave out during a heatwave, and the crew from this company made the whole replacement process very easy. They showed up and went straight to work removing the broken unit and putting in the new system. They were very careful while moving the heavy equipment through my house and made sure the vents were pushing out ice-cold air before they finished. It is a huge relief to have a reliable AC again.
Phenomenal company with beyond exceptional tech reps to do services. My technicians, Matt and Chris far exceeded my expectations in every regard. They rewired my home’s entire electrical system top to bottom. Not only did both have exceptional command of all things electric, they were efficient, polite, and very thoughtful in not leaving a trace of mess in my home. I am so impressed with this company that I’m also going to switch companies to have them service my home’s whole house generator. Called Southern Coast Services for a busted water heater first thing in the morning, scheduled an appointment between 10-12 and they arrived promptly at 10am. Gareth was super friendly and very knowledgeable, his partner Jesse was also very cool and knew his stuff. They got right to work on finding out the issue, providing a high level of detail and solutions. Gareth went even further and found additional house issues we were aware of, also providing us suggestions. He provided multiple quotes for not only the water heater, but the old electrical panel and AC unit that was in serious need of replacing. After talking over with my wife we went ALL IN! This was no small feat, so Gareth called the service manager Mr. Kelly who worked with me to get to a number we were comfortable with and ultimately pulled the trigger. Appreciate ya Mr. Kelly, told ya I’d make sure you were on the review!
Next day the work started bright and early, both the plumbing and AC teams arrived on time. Harold, the AC guy, was also super friendly and knowledgeable, and his helper Jesus was very nice and eager to learn the trade. They kept my home inside and out clean and proper, and picked up after themselves throughout the process.
