Ryan and the entire SFCP team has been wonderful to work with. He was the only one who really listened to what we were looking for in our pool design. He designed a beautiful oasis for our backyard and all of the companies that he put us in touch with to see our dream become a reality were top notch and did amazing work. It took just over three months from start to finish and we could not be happier with the finished product. The professionalism and excellent communication we had from start to finish gave us such a peace of mind through the entire process. Ryan is consistently on top of his game! We have called him numerous times since our pool was built under the previous owner. Ryan did the majority of the pool and is a perfectionist! This weekend my husband called him since our pool pump wasn’t working, due to a faulty drive unit. Ryan’s brother Mike showed up within a few hours of the call! We were grateful when Mike arrived to help! Not only did he come to investigate the problem, he brought the part to fix it! Couldn’t be happier with the expert job he did! This was our 4th pool build in Florida & definitely the BEST! We would give 10 Stars if we could! We are SO grateful to Ryan Slack & his crew for completing our vision & transforming our backyard into a gorgeous tropical oasis! We did alot of research prior & had 9 estimates & there were many reasons that SFCP stood out among the rest! Ryan was on site EVERY single day actually building & supervising his employees & he made himself directly accessible to us. There was no subcontracting headaches with the exception of the Gem Coat company & this allowed for the most expeditious building process! Our pool was completed in 9 weeks! (Our's was record time but most are completed within a 10 -12 week window.) We couldn't believe how they hit the ground running & within the first week our steel frame & Gunite was completed! From start to finish we literally did not have 1 issue & we were SO impressed with the standard of excellence & professionalism that is the hallmark of SFCP. Ryan Slack & his wife Morgan are the loveliest people you will ever have the pleasure of doing business with! In our present climate of concerns regarding the pool industry in Florida this is critically important! Morality, Integrity, 5 Star Reviews, Zero history of litigation, etc. all matter & if you are going to make this big investment to your home you want to have the peace of mind to be doing business with business owners that have a stellar reputation in the community for Honesty & Integrity.
