I’ll admit I was a little uncertain at first because I stumbled across the company online, but they proved to be 100% authentic and reliable. I don’t usually leave reviews, but South Fl Water, Energy & Air in North Miami earned this one. The whole experience felt smooth and professional from start to finish. They were responsive, showed up when they said they would, and actually took the time to explain what was going on instead of just throwing technical terms around.

Glenn is great, I had an issue with my kinetic water Softner and he came over when scheduled and was honest about what my problem was and what I needed to get soft water again. Often times when you call a company out to do anything to your home you get the feeling your getting ripped off, not with Glenn and S. Florida water and energy not only was he knowledgeable but he was honest and set accurate expectations for the repairs that needed to be done. I’m so glad there are companies and people like Glenn that can be trusted to do the work correctly and honestly without over charging you. Thank you Glenn. Will definitely use again.

Glenn has a great amount of knowledge about Kinetico and how to maximize the life of the watersoftener system. He is very helpful during this process of replacing and upgrading some of our systems that are now 20 years old. Thanks! ill add photos when the new system is installed. I have been a customer for about 4 years now and highly recommend them. They are happy to make the drive down to Homestead. I cant say enough good things about them.
