SOS answered my phone call immediately. Scheduling was fast and easy. Rod came out and pumped out our septic tank. He was kind knowledgeable and courteous. He found our septic tank lids quickly! The whole process from start to finish was easy peeasy and we’d highly recommend using this company. They came as a recommendation from my parents who’ve been using them!
Kerwing in truck #14 did an excellent job! I called S.O.S on a Friday afternoon at 3:00, and they were at my house by 3:30. Kerwing was very professional and cleaned my septic tank very quickly. He found other repairs that needed to be made and let me know so I don't have future problems. I will definitely call them again when I need! Thank you!

Dennis arrived on time, he was extremely professional, and explained the condition of my tank. They did not try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs, which I truly appreciate. Gave them a call around 8pm on a Saturday night and got back to me in 2 mins. By 10:30pm they were here punmping my tank out. Great service and the technician was extremely helpful and professional
