Scott and his boss at Somis in Citrus Park Mall really went above and beyond in customer service for me. I had an issue with my Nectar Mattress warranty where Nectar really gave me the run around for 7 months to claim it and they denied me. Never buy from an online company! Long story short, he and his boss solved my issue and I am very grateful. They will continue to have my business. I would also like to add if anybody has terrible migraines or neck problems that the Bamboo pillows are a HUGE game changer and worth the money. I left my old one at a hotel on a road trip (won't leave home without it over night) and when I came home, I went back to buy another. 100% amazing pillow and their Wellville mattresses are a whole other level of comfort. I jumped on my side of the bed and my boyfriend didn't even feel it! No sinking and its a soft firm, Hybrids are great! Thank you so much!

Loved working with Scott. He knows his stuff about beds. Looked for the most affordable deal for us. Got us some great sheets on the house. Took my text messages late at night. Just a great guy and the bed seems to be good…still in early stages looking for the sweet spot on the adjustable but my back is in way better shape. Oh and the delivery guys were great too- even there in a free mattress cover gift. 4 Stars because the vibrator function in the bed was broken when I got it but Scott is taking care of replacing it.
