Third year as customer for pool heating... and they are great! Service call for movement when had new roof installed, quick, and well priced. Service call when I didn't prepare for the freeze, again quick and well priced. Thank you to the Solar Trek team.
I just spoke with Linda, who said she would refuse to give her name until she finished talking, after being disrespectful and belittling too - I just wanted her name so that I could tell their management about how she "handled" me. I did tell T&D what transpired in addition to reaching out to a manager named Shelby. I waited an entire week for Solar Trek to get back to me about my ISWIM solar repair which they said they were going to charge to repair despite the previous repair failing, and irregardless to T&D assuring me that my ISWIM was grandfathered with it's original 10 year warranty. So Solar Trek is not honoring what T&D said when they acquired T&D's business. Solar Trek does not get back to people because I waited an entire week for a follow-up that was never provided, and when I followed up with them, they were super rude about it! I will need to replace this solar which is close to its life/limit and will now need to seek a different/respectful solar company to do so :( After this morning's disturbing treatment, I went online to learn who the Solar Trek staff were to see if I could reach out to a manager, only to find the management and owner(s) are not listed! I also found a massive amount of reviews from other customers all echoing the same feeling that this company's culture regardless of the staff member is they treat people terribly, with grave disrespect.
Solar Trek had the best pricing compared to other solar installers. They installed an 8kw solar system on my roof which is performing well. Staff was very professional and responsive. Had an equipment failure, not Solar Trek fault, and they got out to my house and took care of the situation and handled all warranty claims for the equipment. I would do business again with Solar Trek and recommend them since they are local for me! The owner even called me after the install to ensure I was a happy customer and asked for feedback for improved customer service.
Super professional from the sales team to the installation. Highly recommend Solar Trek. Todd and Kyle are amazing to work with!! Super clean Tesla Powerwall installation. Solar Trek, especially Caitlin, made it extremely easy to navigate permitting and interconnection. Highly recommend this solar company.
From start to finish a professional job was done by all involved. My sales rep Avi was very prompt in responding to my initial inquiry to answering any and all questions that I had. A friend had recommended Solar Trek to me and I’m so glad she did. I ended up with very nice looking solar panels installed for my pool. Replaced all of the old panels and added two extra panels to maximize the amount of sun to keep my pool warm 10 months out of the year. Thank you Avi, you are truly a good representative for the company. I couldn’t be happier.
