Solar Max should be extremely proud and thankful for the professional employees they have working for them. From the time of their arrival until their completion I was very impressed with the overall work and keeping me completely informed of everything they were doing. The electrical work was done by Charles and assisted by DeShawn and I couldn't of been more pleased with the complete work job. So polite and professional and Charles explained and showed me every complete detail and assisted me in my cell phone application. Work was so neat and expertly done. And they cleaned and vacuumed every bit of the mess. Cory and Joe espertly did the panels on the roof and they too were so professional and the job was expertlu done. I would recommend anyone to get your system. And I am so happy I did business with you and I would love to sell your system and tell the customers how pleasant everything from start to finish was.

If we could give -5 stars we would give you all that. Please be very careful when you decide on getting work done from this company . They lie to you about things they to get the sale that they never come to fruition on. This company will never return phone calls or messages or emails once the work is completed. You might as well throw the number away as they will never come back to fix any issues. They damaged my gutters and my vehicle with a nail that shot off the roof from the aluminum drip edge. These manager of the crew stated they would take care of everything and we believe them comes to find out. He is no longer with the company nor I have the people that we’ve dealt with. The company has high turnover and extremely rude customer service. Rob will lie to you multiple times and set appointments and never call you back. He will manipulate you to try to get the work and once the job is done, you don’t hear from them anymore. They promised us money for any referrals comes to find out. We gave them a roof job and solar and no money was ever distributed. They refuse to let the owner call you asked many times to speak to the owner of the company and they failed to ever let him contact us. Please stay away from this company and do yourself a favor and save a bunch of headaches. They stated I will not get an electric bill and I have gotten a bill every single month so the money that they charged me for the solar panels don’t cover the usage after they were given 3 months of bills from the summer heat!

We are so happy with the roofing and solar services from Solar Max and Ridgemax! Electrician Charles and Orion, who installed the solar panels, were so gracious and careful. We highly recommend this company!

We had a phenomenal experience so far with Solar Max. After years of people coming to our door, I decided to contact Solar Max since they were a local family owned company. Our sales person was Mike Mohr, who worked around our busy schedule and came to our house after our work day to go over all the details of solar since we were just starting the process. He educated us and took the time to explain everything in a way that we were able to understand. Mike talked about how we could save some money by upgrading our hot water heater to a hybrid, and he worked that into the project. He was very understanding and personable, which helped as we have two toddlers who were running around and interrupting our meeting with him.

As soon as we signed the contract, they went right to work to get the permit from the city of Pinellas Park, and installed the water heater immediately. The permit was approved in under 2 weeks, and they scheduled install for a few days later. The install team was phenomenal and respectful of our property. They cleaned up throughout the install and at the end of the day you never knew they were there.

The panels started producing power immediately and we love our Tesla Powerwall 3 for battery backup. We are only waiting for the final inspection and Duke to change the meter for net metering. If you are even thinking about Solar, contact Mike! I cannot recommend him enough. Stop wasting your money with Duke Energy and start generating your own power and have the peace of mind of having power during any outages.
