They did a canvas repair and I needed it done with in to days. Susan got it done in one day.

Stopped in to get a quote on a boat windshield cover replacement. I left accurate dimensions and asked someone to get back to me with a quote. Two weeks now and no reply...how reliable would they be on an actual time frame for completion? Guess I won't know as found someone else who is interested in my business. And No, I was not informed that they do not go to Burnt Store Marina, and I was not told that they are 4 to 5 weeks out from taking any new customers. I just left my info with a woman who was working there and she said she would forward my request to one of the managers/owners.

Dropped all my boat upholstery to this shop in October. Like 12 pieces. Was told 3 weeks for everything. I only got the top done by mid December after 3 or 4 visits to see what was going on. I picked up the rest of the upholstery and took it back home. They quoted me a few hunred dollars more to do what was left than the entire job at the beginning. To me they should have cut me a break for waiting months to complete the job. They may do good for you but proceed with caution and get everything in writing. Good luck.

We contacted them in May for a quote on a windshield cover because ours had shrunk. We had contacted them a few times and Brenda was busy or out of town. They had to go out and measure and we chose colors. In June. Did not hear from them again until September when she called and stated that it was in the boat! You can imaging our surprise when we got there and it was already installed with an invoice for $2,500!! STILL NO QUOTE!
We went in to pay them, because what other choice did we have, and asked for the one that they took off. Brenda said she didn’t have it and asked me if she was supposed to keep everything she took off of peoples boats! Can you believe that!! I told her that it wasn’t hers and she should leave it unless they tell her to take it because it belongs to them. He response was “WHATEVER” with a giggle!

I had some emergency canvas work that needed immediate attention.

Called them at 9:00 am and they said bring it in. It is now 12:41 and the repaired canvas is back home, fully repaired (and then some !) and will go back on the boat in a few minutes !

These folks are customer friendly, professionally competent, and fairly priced. They will be getting all my canvas work in the future....couldn't be happier 😎👍👍.
